Your satisfaction matters the most to us! products undergo five quality checks at every stage from storage to packaging. These quality checks ensure that all customers, irrespective of where they are shopping from, are served only the highest quality of products with the most reliable delivery. 

You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call us within 24 hours to request a change to your order. Please have your sales order or customer number ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Please read all conditions below. reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.

Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.

  • You can place a Return request within 7 days of order delivery. However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery.

All warranty periods indicated are from, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer's warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may very depending on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by Please refer to the manufacturer's website or product manuals/packaging for more information.

Generally, the manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.

For any defective products you will have to wait an estimated 5-7 working days until gets a replacement or repaired item back from the manufacturer or supplier.

It is recommended that customers deal directly with the manufacturer for all retail products for faster turn around times. Some manufacturers offer direct-swap, cross-ship, or even next-day to-your-door replacement warranty services. can help facilitate warranty service between you and the manufacturer for retail items, but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service. For any products that have a warranty, will not cover shipping charges.

If the product sent to us is not defective, you will be charged for shipping charges.. is limited to the service level offered by the manufacturer or supplier, please read your product warranty information carefully before contacting us.

How to Return an Item :

  • To return an item please call our Customer Care Centre at 01317 791405 or Email us [email protected] to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number.
  • All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Goods must be complete, unused, and in ´AS NEW´ condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product´s factory packing (carton) or product itself. The RMA number must be clearly written on the invoice copy.
  • Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from receiving the RMA number. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7 days.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 7 days.
  • Any ´FREE GIFTS´ with the products must also be returned in ´AS NEW´ condition. (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
  • Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer´s equivalent model

Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following cases -

  • Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style
  • Wrong item ordered/ delivered
  • Varies from the description
  • Unsatisfactory Product – Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ Expired
  • Defective Product - Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)
  • Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging
  • Wrong Quantity
  • Missing parts/accessories

Returns/ Replacement requests will not accepted under following cases –

  • If Products are Altered/ Used
  • If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories)
  • If Serial Number is tampered
  • For Defective product that is covered under Seller/Manufacturer's Warranty or Reported after 7 days of the Delivery
  • For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery
